wow i haven’t blogged in a long while…rofl with the never ending tests, papers, assignments, lab reports it has been difficult to have free time =P lets see…to summarize the past month and a half i have gone up to syracuse for easter break to visit friends jenn and sook sook xD erm school work in the middle and just recently celebrated tammy’s 21st birthday two weeks late too! but it was still nice to unwind a bit and do some baking for the event =D made a pomegranate cheesecake and hello kitty strawberry cake pops lol and of course as usual i was very unhappy with the end result. the cheesecake turned out badly even though everyone said it was good (i know they were lying). and alot of my hello kitty cake pops didnt make it to becoming a finished product…out of the 35 i made only 23 survived =\ but anyways here are some pics of me in my contacts on the easter trip and pics of the cakes hope u like =]
